This tutorial is for anyone who cannot see teams in the mobile app.

Possible reasons why you cannot see your teams

  • Your team allocation is not public yet. The association has a setting that controls when team allocations become public. If team allocations are not public yet, you will not see the team information in the mobile app.

  • You don't see your teams of previous seasons. In the app, you can only see teams of the selected season. If you want to see teams of previous seasons, you need to switch to the previous season if that season is still public.

  • In the mobile app, you have switched to a linked account. You can only see the teams of the linked account if it is the case.

  • You don't automatically see your children's teams. You need to manually add those teams to your favourites, even if their accounts are linked to yours.

  • You are not signed in. You need to sign in so that the app knows which account you are using.

It takes time for the club or association to allocate you to your team. If you are sure your registration has been approved and team allocation is complete, for example, someone you know can see their team in the mobile app but you cannot, please contact your club or association for help.
