School Soccer Program Term 2 and 3

The North West Junior Soccer Association (NWJSA) is responsible for the management and organisation of our junior soccer program and competition. This includes scheduling games, developing referees and appointing them to games and overseeing the overall structure of the program.

Played Saturdays during school terms 2 and 3, no games will take place on the June long weekend and no games for the three Saturdays in July school holidays.

First four weeks are grading games for all age groups, after the first four rounds, teams are placed into similar ability based off results of games, we do this to the best of our ability. Results are monitor during the season ensuring we have done the best we can to evenly distribute teams.

Under 6 to 11’s take part in non-competitive games each week, score results are not tabled and no league points.
Seniors take part in competitive games each week, score results are tabled for league points.

Under 11 and Senior age group will take part in a Knock-Out Cup Competition, once teams are knocked-out they will continue to play friendly games each week against other teams knocked-out. Cup games may play home and away this will depend on the number of teams and draw, games will be played between two venues, Jubilee Reserve West Lakes and St Clair.

Each school facilitate their own sports programs for their school teams, all allocated with a Coach and/or Team Manager. The role of the School, Coach or Team Manager is to liaise with the families and players about their game times, pitch location, rules of the game and adhering to regulations, policies and codes of conduct.
